Reclaim Therapeutic Bodywork respects your privacy. Personal and health information collected through this website or intake forms is used solely for scheduling, providing services, maintaining records, and communicating regarding care.
Client health information is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with professional standards and Pennsylvania regulations. Information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
Secure third-party platforms may be used for scheduling, payment processing, or website analytics. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
You may request to review or correct your personal information at any time by contacting the practice directly.
Appointments and Payment
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Payment is due at the time of service unless prepayment is required (see In-Home Services). A credit card may be required to hold appointments.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Minimum 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows are subject to the full session fee.
- Post-surgical and time-sensitive appointments follow the same rules.
- Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future services. Exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session. Session times cannot be extended, and full service fees apply.
In-Home Services
- Require full prepayment at booking.
- Travel included within 10 miles; $4/mile beyond 10 miles (max 40 miles).
- Scheduled on a limited basis, subject to availability.
- Cancellations follow the 24-hour policy and may include applicable travel fees.
Health and Safety
Massage therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) are provided within the scope of licensed massage therapy in Pennsylvania and are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
Certain medical conditions may require written medical clearance. Clients are responsible for disclosing all known medical conditions and updating the practitioner regarding changes in health status.
Reclaim Therapeutic Bodywork does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or perform spinal or skeletal adjustments.
Professional Conduct
Massage therapy is a professional healthcare service. Reclaim Therapeutic Bodywork maintains a safe and respectful environment.
Any inappropriate behavior, suggestive comments, sexual remarks, or misconduct will result in immediate session termination. Full session fees will apply, and future appointments may be refused.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older. Minors require written parental or guardian consent prior to treatment.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these Privacy and Practice Policies.
